AWILDA in reservations is the best and the ladies at the front desk were just a delight to work with!!! Would definitely stay here again.

There were a plethora of amenities. The room service food was 10/10 The roof top bar was beautiful 10/10 The food and music at sessions.(The restaurant in the hotel) 10/10 The staff were exceptional. My check in process was speedy. The Concierge were more than delighted to assist with directions. On the second day of my stay it started to rain the gentlemen at the help desk gave me an hotel umbrella for my travels during the day. They left me a birthday card and cake on my birthday. I would definitely stay there again.

Location, the room, the view, staff and hotel restaurant was amazing! We loved it! Special mention to the italian waiter, he was funny!

Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff are wonderful, the rooms are wonderful, the location is wonderful, the food and service is wonderful. Honestly, this hotel is simply perfect!

WiFi access is available and free of charge for guests. room was spacious especially for a hotel in NYC, extremely large toilet and shower. bed was super comfortable. hotel kept supplying the room with free water bottles.
